Laynie is 6 Months Old

Wearing mostly 6-9 months clothes and I have just ordered her some size 3 diapers

Is a little rollie pollie.  She can get all the way across the room!

Isn't sitting, but likes to try to sit, holding herself with her hands

 Sleeping 9-10 hours at night and eating every 4 hours during the day

Loves grabbing her feet

Loves yelling

Likes to sleep with me holding her if she doesn't feel good or if she is overly tired

Can laugh, but she doesn't hand the laughs out very easily.  You have to really work for them.  You have to really work for an expression in general.  She is so laid back.

Has been eating rice cereal for awhile and recently started eating vegetables.  So far, she has had green beans, peas, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, and an avocado.  Sweet potatoes and carrots were her favorite.  She actually gagged on the green beans and avocado.

Reaches for everything and loves to rattle her toys

Loves watching Baby Einstein...but only the ocean one

Goes to sleep on her own like a champ.  Occasionally she will let me rock her for a minute or two, but she really just wants me to put her in her bed.  She loves her bed.

Wakes up in such a good mood.  Going to get her in the morning or after a nap is one of my favorite things.

We read a book to her every night.  She is still most interested in looking at the lamp during story time.

Loves her thumb.  And we love that she loves her thumb.

We love everything about you, Laynie Camille!  You are such a doll and such a sweet baby.  We love you more and more every day and are so happy that God chose us to be your Momma and Dada.
